401k match. Health benefits. The office felt tight-knit. Friendly atmosphere. Flexible with asking for time off. Generally people left early on Fridays. Great for self starters- as I was allowed to self-direct my work. Probably not as good for more passive workers... as you are kind of in charge of your own work flow.
Cons
At the time, we were a little under-staffed. This resulted in some stressful times because we were behind on our work. My understanding is that this situation has improved since I left.
