Pros
They are very flexible and approachable when you need to schedule appointments and time off. The hiring process takes your personality into account to help create cohesive groups of people. This made the group I was in very fun and easy to work with. There were always opportunities to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities if you wanted to. My supervisor was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond expectations for our group. They continuously worked with us to cross-train and provide learning materials/opportunities to pursue things we were interested in. My supervisor and the members of upper management made me feel well supported and invested in, both as an employee and an individual.
Cons
Sometimes the work can be a bit repetitive, but there are always opportunities to work on something different for a while and change up the order.
