Pros
Good Benefits Seemingly good pay increases for good performance up to 2 years (afterwards is unknown) Longer your tenure, the more time off you earn/you can cash out vacation Lots of training modules/growth or internal position opportunities
Cons
Management/supervisors almost always gets time-off approved while you are denied even for doctor appointments Any promotion resets your hourly pay progression and the company is quick to use that as an excuse to not pay you more Management/supervisors have communication channels setup in a way where there is little track record even though they use a software communication app Management keeps an insane track record of your mistakes while not providing any actual coaching/roleplay and are very quick to hand out write ups/disciplinary actions When someone leaves the contact center or puts in their 2 weeks, it is turned into an announcement and is made to seem like it is one of the worst things to happen Management has specialists train new hire employees because there are so many different responsibilities for supervisors. Management does not train new hires, its either a supervisor or a specialist.
