When I started working at Fibre C.U., I thought it was just going to be a job that would hold me over until I figured out what I was going to do with my life.
Here I am, almost 38 years later, still working at Fibre, still loving my job, still loving the people I work with and looking at retiring from the credit union in a few years. I started at Fibre as a Teller and worked my way up in the organization to upper management. Internal promotional opportunities are common at Fibre. Many people that work at the credit union started at an entry level position and have moved their way up in the organization. The pay and the benefits are remarkable, and the people who work there are amazing! Overall, Fibre Credit Union is a great place to work!
