Fidelis is on a rebound both because of Covid and poor previous leadership. Most recent and negative reviews are the old guard that needed to go being salty. Needs more new life injected into ground level and leadership Needs more support for backend technical team Process revamp in progress but more needed Work a lot sometimes, welcome to sales....... Some execs were a bit complacent or hesitant to make drastic changes that were needed.
