Pros
Everyone (well mostly everyone) is very friendly and nice. They do team building events and parties for holidays like Christmas.
Cons
Honestly, working there can be exhausting. The food is nice, but it doesn’t really improve the overall work experience the way they seem to think it does. Raises and pto are pretty average. If you’re not an extrovert, it can feel uncomfortable — there’s a lot of pressure to socialize, and people can be judgmental if you don’t. You also have to be careful about who you trust, both management and coworkers, because they all gossip. There’s no flexibility to wfh unless you’re in management, and there's a high turnover rate.
