Pros

Employees who are not management are lovely, you meet some down to earth individuals.

Cons

The majority of ex employees (either fired or left on their own accord) all agree that this company is a joke. They hire to see whether you do your job better than current employees then fire. Management don’t push you to do better because they fear they will lose their jobs if you outwork them. No career growth. The turnaround on hiring people of colour, specifically black people, to make the company look diverse is as fast as drawing a circle. At this point they are hiring children. You walk into the London office and it’s like walking into a classroom, I’ve heard enough rumours to write a book. They also overwork you and underpay. You can find a better paid job elsewhere doing less stressful work. They don’t tell you the truth beforehand, especially for sales. It’s all cold recruiting and if you’re working really hard but fall unlucky because you couldn’t get x amount of statements within your first week, you get booted out. The stress isn’t worth it. It’s a waste of time. The company are acting like a start up and don’t know what they are looking for, just going with the flow. If a guy or girl said that to you, you’d know not to invest in them. It’s the same with this company. All their best employees are leaving because even they are being disrespected by management. Another thing management do is pretend they have things to offer you to keep you motived. They come up with short term incentives to keep you happy, like a gift voucher. Before you realise it, anytime you bring up an increase in salary or career growth they will shut you up with either A) a new title with extra responsibilities but no salary increase B) recognition with a bottle of wine C) or you get fired Some of the sales team leaders are horrific. The way they talk to their team and others is very uncomfortable to witness. If you’re someone that does not like narcissists, being controlled and micromanaged then again, don’t waste your time. You have sales team leaders who claim to partake in personal development and pretend to live a positive way of life, but be around them for a day and you notice how much of a lie that is. Them being a leader does more harm mentally. The company of course only care about how much money you bring into the business. Long story short. Brothers and sisters unless the above sounds like a treat, I wouldn’t suggest wasting your time with this company.
