Pros
Got to work here for a few years, between 2011-2014, both at the airport and Amway Center. I always liked management, both the night and day managers were good guys. I personally liked the day guy a bit more, he was cool as hell. There is a lot of room for growth IF you want it. A lot of people pass up supervisory opportunities because they are lazy, but if you want it, you can advance quickly. Another pro is that if you are a good employee, you can basically work full time. Some of my friends that worked here went from starting out as part-time status to full-time status because they were good workers. Another little perk is that, although work is work, it is still pretty fun to work Orlando Magic games and concerts and stuff.
Cons
Although the company has a lot of employees, it is still pretty small, and a lot of people are needed to work big events. This is told to you by the interviewer when you are being hired, so you can't say you weren't warned about it from the start. It's not that bad, but that is probably one of the cons of working here. Another con is that in the summer, you are probably going to get less work. If you are a good employee, they will keep you employed and working at other, busier venues.
