Pros
At this point good work/life balance with groups of good people working at a company that regularly wins awards for its solutions. Complex work.
Cons
Many people deskilled over time, due to an outdated approach to running projects and use of old tools. ION management has failed to pay bonus and salary increases and looks to impose a hiring freeze and potential outsourcing. Many good people now leaving the company.
