Good earning potential but less than desirable leadership culture - Senior Account Executive Fidium Fiber Employee Review

Salary and commission are both very good, better than some previous telecom companies. Culture is great. Sales is sales, lol. Tough but reasonable quotas and better than other companies.

Systems are not integrated, too many separate systems from acquisitions but that is telecom. Change is hard and takes a long time even for logical, reasonable and financially viable decisions.

The products and services are excellent with really good commissions. The benefits are really good.

Management at the Sales Manager level and VP is toxic. Constantly under their thumb. No positive encouragement just constant pressure and belittling from upper management after new ownership. High turnover due to poor management.
