Pros
The pay rate is not bad, once you are maxed out. just enough experience to move on to better companies.
Cons
management manipulates employees, puts employees against each other, ignores the new ideas of employees trying to help improve the company, forces employees to works ridiculous hours without the slightest show of appreciation, rather it is frowned on to ask to use your earned vacation. no respect as a person let alone an employee. micro managed, ridiculous time frames for jobs. very stressful, daily complaints from customers and supervisors. always have to answer for everything and every decision made, but cant get a manager to make a decision. 110% work completed for a day is never enough. decreasing benefits. overall, work more when we say for less or you will be disciplined.
