Pros
During my time at Fidu, I learned new things and made good friends.
Cons
Working at FIDU was deeply disappointing due to its emphasis on a robotic work ethic and lack of empathy, creating a challenging environment. Employees faced constant comparisons, were restricted from socializing across departments, and received immediate warnings for minor mistakes, leading to unnecessary stress.
The management's unprofessional and unsympathetic attitude exacerbated the toxic atmosphere. Micromanagement was pervasive, leaving employees feeling constantly watched and unable to take breaks without scrutiny. Additionally, employees were required to address managers with formal titles, contributing to a sense of hierarchy and detachment.
Moreover, there was a pervasive sense of being undervalued for one's efforts. FIDU's culture prioritized perfection over employee well-being, resulting in significant mental strain. I am grateful to have moved on from FIDU, as its failure to address concerns, provide growth opportunities, and offer adequate compensation makes it a workplace I cannot recommend.
