- The fleet vehicles for the field team can be frustrating due to wear and tear from long drives and parking in busy car parks - Regional managers manage their regions differently. Although the core aspects are the same there can be big differences between one region to the next. - bonus structure depending on job role/account/capability can be either challenging or easily achieved.
