Pros

FSS have decent clients and work they with good and quality brands such as Ferrero Rocher which is surprisingly good.

Cons

Really really low pay You have to use your own car You don't get company sick pay You don't get 25 days holiday You have to either take a sick day or holiday to go to a funeral (even if immediate family) This is a really shocking company who treat their field sales team appallingly. The management encourage their teams to lie about what they shiver just so that numbers look good. It is all about cutting costs. When bad snow stopped a lot of the field force from going to work, their pay was docked. People not paid for the jobs they are doing.

Thanks for your feedback, we always welcome this and treat it as an opportunity to continue to improve and learn as a team . As you have taken the time to give us some feedback, we would like to take the time to address each of your points in turn. With regard to salary; we do review our salary structure regularly comparing it to other similar roles and have found it to continue to be in line with the industry norm. We have, however, now implemented a bonus structure for the Retail Development Executive role to provide a financial reward for achievement of KPIs and this enables everyone to increase their earning potential. We do provide statuary sick pay in alignment with government legislations, as long as we receive all relevant documents to enable us to do so. Whilst we do not provide a company vehicle for the Retail Development Executive role, we do provide a competitive fuel re-imbursement rate which is above industry standard in most cases and covers not only the cost of fuel but also contributes towards the running cost of your own vehicle. We do take our employees welfare seriously and I am sorry to hear that you did not get paid time off to attend the funeral of an immediate family member as we do have a bereavement policy in place that supports this. We do provide 20 days plus bank holidays as part of the remuneration package which is also in line with industry standard for this role.
