It is not an open nor trustworthy environment on the administrative side. Employees have no power, no voice, and no ability to create change where change is needed. There was no orientation, and you were left to figure everything out on your own without direction or constructive feedback. One coworker was fired without severance after pointing out that they weren't being honest with the parents.
