Pros
You will learn a lot as long as you have the initiative and drive to fulfill all your responsibilities and to think outside the box. You will have chances of travelling and dealing with foreign counterparts.
Cons
Credit grabbing. Politics. Favoritism. Gossips. You will be given tasks which you are not trained for and the management will ask you to deliver but they will not provide the ample support you need. Undermanned. Many employees are in contractual status for more than 6 months because regularization takes long. Overall processes are not improving. You will be given tasks that are not really part of your job description.
