-Best team -Best TFA -Daily allowance annual increase -Teammates help alot and friendly -Great place to learn. -Great for earning money
Cons
-No / slow career development unless you know how to kipas -Management aren't open to discuss salary and keep shutting you down. -No work schedules for 6 months or a year. So its hard for you to plan your leaves. -Excessive and long days of travel. Hard for those who are a family man. Very little time to spend with family.
