Pros
Overall the staff is very friendly and the building/showroom is an absolutely beautiful place to go to work. Even though you are not permitted to have any coffee the cafe/lounge is very nice.
Cons
Absolutely no training. The manager told me to shadow an "experienced" sales rep. The sales wanted nothing to do with training someone and sent me to read about selling off of the first site he googled. During this "training process" I would greet customers, show them features of the vehicle, test drive with them, get them back to the table and make a deal. Unfortunately when I knew nothing about the extensive paperwork in a car sale i would go to my "trainer" and he would simply come in and fill out the paperwork then take credit for all of my commission because "I am two cars away from my bonus and you still get a training allowance". Considering the hours you work and the actual money you make selling cars i would never recommend a friend to get into this career. The internet has taken all room for big commissions on new and many used cars.
