      -excellent training, especially for someone that is making a career change to banking/finance -Possibility to earn commissions, that pay quarterly.

      Cons

      -cold calls, -"performance goals" -lack of job stability, it's rare to find a banker that has worked for the company more than three years. -High turn-around
