Pros
There are a lot of people around you throughout the day that are very willing to help with any questions, the managers are great but they may not be your manager very long.
Cons
Very fast paced. You will have multiple systems up on the computer at one sometimes 6 or 7 different programs open and you only have one computer making it very tough to navigate back and forth. A lot of employees so you are basically just a number. Also I worked there for just under a year and I believe I had 4 different managers in that span. On the phone all day long. Basically everyday feels like the one before.
