They hire people locally under the guise of full time work, but instead they abuse people's talents. They hire someone to do one specific project, then do "layoffs" once the main work is done and pass the completed work to their India teams. They laid off all the best people who were helping to create a thriving and happy work environment, leaving just a clueless leadership who doesn't understand their own business or how to work towards long-term success. With layoffs, they provided the bare minimum. 2 weeks. And they structure employment contracts so you lose bonuses when you leave (i.e. get $ after 1 year, but they let you go before they pay out).
