      - Real client - Real job - Good on paper, that’s it certificate if you’re a student - Opportunity to get fulltime if you continue

      Cons

      - Intern but overworked like a full time employee - Highly disrespects you and believes interns are not important employees - They say they got your back but doesn’t even pay up in the last month, BLOCKED ME from contacting the client when I didn’t get paid for the last month.

      1) Ample time for onboarding 2) The supervisor assigns tasks before the shift 3) Systematic approach for time tracking, EOD updates

      Cons

      1) No synchronous onboarding for department tasks 2) Heavy workload in the first week alone, no assistance from fellow team members 3) No update from the supervisor during the handover period 4) Compensation is too low for the scope of work
