Pros

1. FileWave people - a small but great global community of people who are experts in their fields and selflessly share knowledge with their teammates. There is a strong sense of community and team spirit. Co-workers are high-impact and low-ego individuals with deep respect for their members. 2. There is no micromanagement and employees are treated with respect and trust by their supervisors; 3. The possibility of professional growth and development within the company is offered, by the expressed affinities, merits, and existing business opportunities; 4. High-quality and significant final product; 5. Home office, remote setup and agility; 6. Work-life balance is highly valued, so the company offers flexibility and freedom in your daily operations and personal organization of work; 7. Continuous work is being done to improve communication processes and transparency in the company.

Cons

Considering that it is a remote company with employees on several continents, it is still necessary to establish and/or improve many procedures in terms of facilitating and harmonizing work processes and improving the overall company's culture.

Pros

Lots of responsibility. Many possibilities to shape the future of the company. You will do hands on and strategic work which provides a tremendous learning curve. Many opportunities to collaborate between departments so you get insights into all functions, learning how a business really operates. Smart people.

Cons

Small company. Whoever shouts the loudest often gets heard. Lots of changes in strategic direction with little focus but at least it's "agile". Disjointed between continents. Lots of manual work which could be automated but they are working on that. Uncertain economic outlook for the industry.
