Pros
It was a great company to work for where people knew who you were by name and noticed (and acknowledged) your contributions to the company. It was an environment that was based on working as a team and that produced life long relationships.
Cons
This was retail so the hours could be long and the work was very physical. It didn't result in a very good work/life balance. You also had challenging customers to deal with at times.
