Training and ramping is very poor (as in it doesn't happen). If you want to learn to sell, you must shadow reps independently. Sales leadership doesn't know how to lead, train or inspire. They just know how to lean in and close deals. They churn through reps quickly. Built an outlaw team and murdered all of it in like 7 months. The CEO makes a to of decisions that really hurt sales, and nobody seems to push back on that. I'm not sure the company can every truly be great with him running it.
