Junior Architect - Architect Filinvest Employee Review

- location is near to home - workload is manageable as a contract employee

- not much training available in an assistant level role - the time out is 5:48PM - there are a lot of times when there's a task that's only been given at 5pm but is needed ASAP. there's also a time when this happened and my boss didnt want me to log my OT lol - my boss was not the best - zero company benefits (except govt mandated) if you're a contract worker - no 14th month pay if contract worker - you're treated as an outsider if contract worker
