      They are the number one real estate company in Brooklyn. They have over twenty offices in Brooklyn alone. They are fair and extremely knowledgeable. You get to meet a lot of different people that turn into referrals.

      Cons

      In order to make a decent salary you must work hard. Your salary is based on how many properties you close at the end of the month. You are self employed and are interrupted constantly when you finally have your personal time.
