Working at FilmLA for these past few months has been amazing. Even though I am Temporary at the moment I have met and worked with some wonderful people who have made me feel welcome and taught me so much. It has only been a few months, but this has been the best place to work. I love them.

Significant disconnect between compliance protocol expectations and managements willingness to enforce them. On-set issues were met with ineffectual responses that did not solve the problem. Tools and protocols were outdated and ineffective. Perceptible lack of trust and mutual respect between field and senior staff. No genuine concern for worker wellbeing.
