Pros

You get paid on time; and that about sums up the pros. The biscuits in the pantry, though, and the chai: much appreciated!

Cons

Everyone is eager to grow, but no one seems to know where to start. So, naturally, they herd these folks (employees) into these dimly lit (ironically, far too bright) corners and ask them to be the next Picassos, Shakespeares, and, of course, Karl Freunds (only the best cinematographer, probably. But I know the person I'm writing this for won’t have a clue, so just throwing this out there XD). TLDR: Where Creativity Goes to Die.

Pros

Met one of the sweetest welcoming people there. Not sure about the current situation.

Cons

Here’s your text with the harsh/explicit words cleaned up, everything else kept the same: ⸻ Btw, the people doesn’t include the organisation people and the few irritants there. Nightmare of a company where the employees are treated very poorly. Oh wait, I can’t even call it nightmare because the employees don’t get sleep because apparently, delivery of output is the most priority than any person’s health. They are not treated, they are being exploited to the core with such bad distribution of money oh god. Only if I could just tell those people to just look at their employees and see if they have any soul left in their eyes. Dead machines one becomes there. All they care, ALL THEY CARE about is if the client is satisfied. One beautiful company they have grown with this kind of managing. Stay far from this company.

Pros

I thought the culture was great and everyone was friendly until I resigned

Cons

They will make up excuses and reasons you unheard of to keep your money. The policy of the company changes as per the mood of the management. The salary dates are as per their convenience and you have to beg for your fnf and take whatever they give you (as a charity) The HR has no involvement in your hike, or fnf process. If you reach out to the HR or the accounts for any information, they will simply ask your to speak to the co founders as they are not part of whatever you are asking (speaking from experience)
