Only good thing about working here was the fact it was remote.
Cons
Absolutely 0 training for any department and very high expectations & work load for back of office team. Meanwhile management gets mad at people doing things incorrectly when they don't even offer training... Expanded too quickly, laid off even faster. Very telling that all the layoffs consisted of majority BIPOC. No diversity at any level. Blatantly violating federal regulations. CEO hires friends for VP positions and fires anyone who complains about the VPs work ethic ... to give you a hint their work ethic is barely there. Management held one company meeting a year to tell us "how appreciative they were of everyone's hard work". This always followed a round of layoffs. CEO also deleted any negative google reviews to create this facade of high customer satisfaction...lol No raise or bonus for over a year while the workload only got heavier. Very clear management does not care about their employees. Do not be fooled.
