      - great pay for what you are responsible for - great community - absolutely beautiful - not super stressful as far as customer service jobs go

      - disconnect between admin and management - somewhat pessimistic mindset from coworkers and management

      Pros

      Staff is very nice HR is easy to work with Pay is good for the amount of work required

      Cons

      They often choose to higher people from outside to fulfil roles which could otherwise come from people being internally promoted, making rising the ranks difficult.
