Very good company ....I learn a lot in this company - Team Lead Final Search Employee Review

There is good amount of flexibility as well. Flexible hours with ability to work remote some days if you want, fun environment, and the ability to do your job without micromanagement makes it the perfect working environment for my taste. You will have full freedom and open to all your innovative ideas to implement. Best Senior Management team to guide you all steps of your growth. You will have a feel of working in a big startup. Lot of freedom and options to explore. No one tells you what to do and you gain a sense of responsibility. Good place to work.

Ambiguity is prevalent. But the company is at front about being ambiguous and this particular characteristic, inspires ownership, strategic thinking and innovation. The caliber of worker is very high. It challenges one to be better everyday and to continue learning. Depending on the person, it can be difficult to deal with the fact that you are not always the most knowledgeable and smartest person in the room. Meetings go late night hours. Interviews take 3 weeks and over multiple days. No communication.

I haven't seen any pros of this organization since I've joined it.

You won't receive salary on time. There policies are against the employee and they can change there policy whenever they wish. Never respond to call whenever you'll call them. Take several days to revert on your mail. Irrelevant deductions from your salary. No career growth instead they can create obstacles if you're offered onsite from the client company. They mention permanent employee on there offer letter but they'll fire you as soon as there contract ends with the client company. Company's CEO is the worst person, doesn't have way of talking to the employees. They have 30 days of notice period if an employee wish to resign but they can fire you without any prior notice. There FNF period is 60 days but it's almost 6 months I've resigned and I haven't received my FNF. Moreover if I call them they won't pick my phone and not reverting to my mail. If you wish to visit there office, they'll keep giving you excuses that the whole team is busy and there is no one attend you. There's no negative rating otherwise I've opted that.
