There is nothing good to say about this company..

More than pros cons will help others why to not join this company 1.You treated not as employees 2.No fair pay. 3.The employer is not an employer instead he is big manipulator, at your beginning he exaggerate all good things about him and company once you join u will know the reality 4.The Employer is a big dictator. 5.He often thinks himself as a good leader but he doesn't even know how to treat people. 6.He is growing because of employees but he doesn't want to give them credits instead he gives them mental pressure,work load,extra hours,no pay and many more even health issues at some cases. Finally to all who want to join career even it takes time to get a job .wait!!!! But don't join here.

I thought to join as Financial Analyst and work so that I can have growth but he ruined my career.

1. Mohit Sinha who says that he is the founder of the company is nothing but a useless person. He will use you until he gets his own pay from the US clients and also until he gets a good CA candidate who can complete his work. 2. Its not a registered company so he is saying that it will be registered soon via another consultancy and PF and other benefits will be given. But its nothing like that, its just a bluff. 3. He hires and fire the agents as per his work and mood. 4. He doesnt know how to talk and what to talk with whom. No respect for candidates. 5. Treat candidates like slave, give orders to work and complete on time. 6. While hiring he gives you the assurance that there will be no deductions but later as per his mood he will cut it from your salary without any explanation. 7. He says sat sun fixed week off including national holidays and festivals but there is no as such. It depends on his mood and work. 8. Its been more than 3 months I am following up with him to provide my salary slip and experience letter but he is not responding. 9. He can transfer your workload as per your capacity. 10. He can revise your salary at any point of time saying as per your work I have changed the pay. 11. He has double face, behave differently in person with you personally and showing differently as team. 12. For the small firm benefit keep the post in naukri as Financial Analyst but in offer letter mention as Process Analyst.
