Best Working environment for growing and glowing - E-Commerce Consultant Finc3 Employee Review

I love working at Finc3 and especially: * very flat hierarchy * very transparent and respectful communication * it feels like everybody just wants the best for the company, which leads to a great team spirit and a very high motivation * the amount of responsibility and trust employees get is higher then in any other company I know * it's very international with English as company language * the company cares a lot that employees are satisfied at work and the management is always approachable

Nice working environment, team building, location and flexibility

At times, some some client accounts can get a bit too much.
