      Pros

      It's hard to come with many pros. There are a lot of good people who work there. That's about it.

      Cons

      The company has no direction. The company let go of half of its employees after hiring many of them within the year on a conference call. Plus, the benefits were very expensive.

      Pros

      Good people with a solid team mindset. Decent benifits

      Cons

      There is no customers because there is no production product. It is just one big POC looking for funding. Funds are overspent leading to a second round of layoff impacting 40% of the company
