I think the only pros is work remote

I'm providing this review to share my honest feedback about my experience at FindMyLost. My time at the company was marked by several challenges that I believe should be addressed. Payment Delays: I was deeply disappointed when my salary for a certain month was significantly delayed without any prior notice. This was contrary to the agreed payment schedule, causing financial strain. Management Consistency: The management team demonstrated inconsistency in their decision-making, resulting in frequent changes in project priorities. This made it difficult to maintain a clear direction and make progress on tasks. Challenging Work Environment: The company's project management approach left much to be desired. Rapid shifts in project priorities created a stressful and unproductive work atmosphere, impacting the quality of our work. Compensation Issues: There was an issue with compensation where additional work was expected without fair compensation. This went against the terms of my contract, which specified hourly payment. Impact on Well-being: Collectively, these challenges had an adverse impact on my financial stability and overall well-being. The work environment at FindMyLost was less than conducive to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I hope my feedback is valuable in improving the work environment at FindMyLost.
