      1. The organizational environment is pleasant and positive. 2. There are flexible hours. 3. The salary is appropriate for the position. 4. Mainly because working for big brands is the dream of any advertiser. 5. There are several incentives such as extra holidays, risk policy work, travel opportunities and personal development.

      Cons

      1. I have to be in a constant learning process. 2. Having creativity when performing work that is assigned. 3. Be flexible in terms of working hours. 4. Reply 24/7 to different consumer inquiries.

      Pros

      Great team members. You learn a lot. Work from home. Health Insurance. Cobee flexible retribution.

      Cons

      Chaos. Lack of resources. Sales obsession with no team to assume the new projects. Peer review is mandatory and monthly review's results are never paired with decision making or actions behind them. It's like no one wonders why people leave, or complaints are dismissed. Absent or poor top management.
