If it were possible, I would give this company 0 out of 5. The organisation is chaotic and poorly run, which makes it an embarrassing place to work. The only saving grace is the effort of junior staff, who work hard to maintain some semblance of culture despite the dysfunction at the top.

Senior leadership is narcissistic, disorganised and self-serving. The culture is toxic, with no clear direction, accountability or professionalism. Decisions are made on a whim, creating chaos that trickles down through the firm. Dysfunction, vanity and a lack of integrity define the environment, leaving little space for genuine collaboration or progress.
