- Everything people say about the games, free lunches (4 days a week), and snacks is true.
- Engineers have the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup with a very flexible schedule. (But I love coming to the office every day—maybe -Finfare gives me enough passion to do that.)
- The company is full of talented Backend and Frontend engineers from whom you can learn every day.
- Hard work is recognized with promotions, raises, and bonuses.
- Management has accepted and listened to direct and honest feedback without hard feelings, improving processes as a result.

I have been with Finfare for almost two years and have gone through both good and hard times, but overall, it has been a great experience. Regarding job security at Finfare, I always apply the concept of working in a startup as, "If you are a very good partner or spouse, nobody wants to leave you." Believe me, just keep doing the right thing, and you will be rewarded.
