      Pros

      Decent Employee discount. Stock program. Requesting time off is fairly reasonable, and vacation time is decent.

      Cons

      Some long hours for managers. Up to 13 hours if you have to work a full day. Almost always have to work weekends. Must close a good amount of time each week. Long holiday season. Pay is below average compared to similar jobs.
