Not liberal with schedules if a rep is hired at 8-5:30 then they should work that time. if you find 9-6 there is a greater call volume offer that with the next group don't shift people who may have "LIFE" happening situations. Management has life happen sometimes ...but they are not penalized for that. Letting a VP change a call center into a retail store, retail is retail and online is online they should have never crossed the two...Especially with the way the bonus system is set up. NOT ENOUGH ROOM TO GROW...there are not enough departments to switch to based on experience and not education

Leadership needs refreshed, people have been there too long and stuck in there ways
