      Pros

      The 30% discount is defintely the biggest perk of working for Finish Line. Depending on the season, it can be a fast paced environment. It also keeps you up to d ate on the latest shoes & sports apparel.

      Cons

      When in training, several different people trained you different ways. Management doesn't treat all workers fairly; For ex, rules & regulations don't apply to everyone .
