Hostile and fake work environment at Beach Byron Bay - Server/Waitress Fink Employee Review

Owners and management are very unprofessional and fake. Comments made to fellow staff members by management: “Your skin is so oily you should go and scrape it off into the deep fryer.” “You should wear makeup, go to the gym and put a brush through your hair.” There is no communication to staff members when they decide to give you zero shifts after working consistently for 6 month. There are many more toxic examples that could turn these comments into an essay.
