Pros
Flexible work from home policy, regular team "fun" outings, generous vacation and benefits. Senior team is invested in clients' success, inspires others to feel the same. Smart structure to most client campaigns means expectations are reasonable, work is manageable.
Cons
Occasionally client campaigns are not set up with the same structure or level-setting. This can create extra work when lots of people are involved.
