My favorite thing about working for Firepoint is the employee atmosphere and the team I work with. As a fast paced, quickly growing tech start up company, Firepoint demands a lot from their employees, but rewards them with a culture built on making everyone successful. Regardless of your job title, area in the company, or daily workload, our fellow employees, management, and company leadership are always available to help or give guidance and advice. They are also interested in what we have to say and listen on ways to improve our process and work flow. I have grown more as a person and an employee here in the last several months than in years in my previous jobs. I can see myself staying with this company for the duration of my working career. It is my goal! Thank you Firepoint for the amazing opportunity!!
Cons
Training has been a work in progress as with all new start ups, however, procedure and protocols are being put in place to address this. Sometimes the procedure changes without full notification, this can be challenging, but again, not uncommon with new companies.
