Worst management at this company. You'll work yourself to the bone, but it won't be enough to earn a fair reward. This company owes it to its staff to provide fair compensation. This company is a sham - and I would advise anyone looking for a job to steer clear of this place. Most employees are feeling disappointed, sad, and emotionally drained. Softbank - wake up and protect your investment. Its being managed by the wrong people.
