      Can't see lot of Pros to be honest

      Cons

      Managers and team leaders who haven't got a clue about people motivation which makes the turnover in the company very huge as lot of good employees are flying the door out. Very poor training.

      remote positions work life balance direct report supervisor easy to work with

      work can be repetitive some employees get away with doing bare minimum while others get additional assignments pay could be better
