      Solid company structure new hire training program, although not exactly role specific great teammates

      Cons

      Siloed business units more concerned with processes than getting the job done. You are expendable and unless you like to play "the game" you are not valued. Priorities are more aligned with how to be like Amazon or Google and less about the client.
