Pros
Job itself is interesting and fun. You will need to be resourceful though bc there is close to zero useful training and few sales tools or resources provided to help build pipe.
Cons
Lack of real, experienced leaders at all levels. Either intense micro-managers or ghost managers that do nothing. There are a few good ones though, just not enough of them. Also, nepotism is alive and well.
