      The space is too open, then the working environment is super noisy. Team Leaders are too busy as well. New employees need to be very proactive and independent.

      - Professional training program. The company are much proud of their high invested training curricular for all newbies. - High incentive scheme as long as you can ensure your consistent performance or else; your bonus will be deducted based on how many months you cannot get any hirings - Supportive colleagues ( depends on each team's culture) - Beautiful office with the view. The CEO has spent huge amount of money in decorating the office located in district 1 - There are rooms for you to grow
